Code of Conduct
The Wendouree Cricket Club is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful and safe environment where everyone can enjoy their cricket free from harassment, intimidation and other harmful or unwanted conduct.
We expect everyone involved in our club to behave respectfully and in accordance with Australian Cricket's behavioural expectations at all times.
To assist us in achieving this goal, we have developed a Code of Conduct which all players, parents, coaches, supporters and spectators must adhere to.

Wendouree Cricket Club is Affiliated with the VCCL and their Codes of Behaviour and Policies are applicable to our club and players.
Cricket Victoria Member Protection Policy
This policy provides guidelines for the protection of the health, safety and wellbeing of all people who participate in cricket in Victoria
Alcohol Policy
AIcohol-free social events will be provided for young people and families.
We do not endorse or support events, celebrations or end of season trips that involve excessive consumption of alcohol.
The Wendouree Cricket Club supports the reasonable consumption of alcohol and takes seriously any inappropriate behaviour that results from excessive drinking.

Junior Philosophy
The Wendouree Cricket Club values participation and enjoyment over winning.
We have adopted a Junior Philosophy that guides what we do in our Junior program.
Senior Selection Policy
The Senior Selection Policy is designed to assist in providing a clear direction for player selection and to have processes in place to assist the club captains when selecting a team to operate within policy guidelines.
Sun Smart Policy
The Sun Smart Policy is in place to help Wendouree Cricket Club minimise the risks of overexposure to Ultra Violet radiation.
